Weavers Cottage is a delightful cottage which has been restored to a very high standard. The cottage has private gardens to the rear and the front and enjoys countryside and sea views from all aspects. This cottage sleeps up to four guests, in two en-suite bedrooms, which is ideal for couples or a family of four.

The living room has two large comfortable sofas, occasional tables, wood-burning stove, colour television with free-sat.

The large kitchen dining room is very well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery, a fan oven, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, a radio and a pine table with seating for four and a highchair for any young guests.

Bedroom one is on the ground floor (although please be aware, there are two steps from the kitchen to the bedroom level). With two windows giving views of the pretty paved garden, sea and the cliffs at Dippen Point. The bedroom has a kingsized bed, bedside draws, chest of draws and hanging space.

Leading from the bedroom is a modern en-suite shower room with electric corner shower unit, vanity basin and toilet, luxury bath sheets and towels are provided.

Bedroom two is a gallery bedroom leading up from the living room, with two roof windows front and back, both with blackout blinds, giving views of the countryside and sea from all aspects. The bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a kingsized bed on request. The room has bedside bedside draws and tall chest of draws.

Leading from the bedroom is a modern bathroom with roll-top bath, vanity basin and toilet. Luxury bath sheets and towels are provided, there is more storage units and a wardrode. The door between the bedroom and bathroom is a bit quirky and has restricted height.

French doors from the kitchen lead out into a bright sunroom with conservatory seating. There are a some board games for some evening entertainment and plenty of books to borrow during your stay.

Access to the rear garden is through french doors to a patio area with outdoor seating and a rotary clothes dryer. This spot is a real sun-trap and a great place to sit and relax of an evening.

The cottage has oil central heating throughout, a mixture of radiators and underfloor heating and is fully double glazed.

We like to welcome our guests with a homemade cake and a few little few extras. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are always ready and waiting, so you don't need to unpack to have a brew after your journey.
